I showed a sneak peek of the wedding invitations on Instagram a little while ago,
but now it was time to share them here on the blog too.
We decided early on that we wanted an invitation with a lot of information in it,
and got together to create a prototype of what it should look like.
We drew up and created a ready-made invitation on cheap paper to find out what we needed
of material, and then I went out to buy sheets and put together color shades.
The invitation text and all the content of the card was created by me in Photoshop,
but we have formulated all the text together and Mr. GodTid has approved everything that has been done.
All printing was done on our printer and the cutting of the sheets was done with
My Silhouette machine. In the end, it was just a matter of gluing the parts together and assembling the card.
I can recommend making wedding invitations yourself to those who have time for it, want to save some
kroner, or want a slightly different invitation. For those who don't want to make invitations themselves
I can recommend minted.com. They have so many beautiful invitations.
Great start to the week!
