Signed, Sealed, Delivered!

Baby1

The main assignment has been submitted and the summer vacation is knocking on the door.

It's been a hectic spring with renovation, writing and work.

Now every day is to be enjoyed to the fullest - the joy! ♥

I'd like to tell you a little bit about the thesis project that I've been involved in.

Two good friends from my studies included me in a project in the Philippines.

We were going to research maternal mortality - more specifically, what factors influence

women's choices when deciding where they want to give birth.

In the Philippines, many people still choose to give birth at home,

which contributes to increased maternal mortality. An exciting project!

We traveled to the Philippines and were hosted by Ministries Without Borders.

They do a fantastic job of helping those who need it most,

and we were included in some of their work.

We welcomed babies at the maternity clinic, participated in gatherings with pregnant women and children,

meet the indigenous people, and have gained memories for life. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
